水中ドローンは深海まで行けるのか?(Can underwater drones go deep into the sea?)

イ)は国の重要施設(皇居や国会議事堂等)の近くでドローンを飛行させてはいけない、というものです。また、水面または地表から150m以上の高さで飛行させてはいけないということも含まれています。ただ、多くの軽量タイプのドローンは、制御できる範囲が20m―50m程度と狭いため、ビルの屋上から飛行させることがなければ関係ないでしょう。ハ)もドローンと言うより個人の意識の問題なので、軽量タイプの問題ではないですね。一番気を付けたいのは、ロ)の電波法です。ドローン本体に「技術基準適合証明(技適マーク)」が無いと、無線局の開設免許が必要となります。結構めんどくさい手続きが必要となりますので、技適マークがないドローンの購入は避けましょう。ちなみに、技適マーク取得済みとしているトイ・ドローンはHS1200(Holy Stone)、D50(DEERC)、A15H(SNAPTAIN)などです。意外なことにTello(Ryze)は明記されていませんでした。大体、5000円以上のトイ・ドローンが認証を受けているようです。

A) says that drones should not be flown near important national facilities (Imperial Palace, Parliament Building, etc.). It also includes that you must not fly above 150m above the surface of the water or surface. However, many lightweight drones have a narrow control range of about 20m-50m, so it doesn't matter if you don't fly from the roof of the building. C) is also a matter of personal consciousness rather than a drone, so it is not a lightweight type problem. The most important thing to watch out for is the Radio Law of B). If the drone itself does not have a "technical standard conformity certificate (technical suitability mark)", a license to open a radio station is required. Avoid purchasing drones that do not have the technical suitability mark, as it requires quite awkward procedures. By the way, the toy drones that have acquired the technical suitability mark are HS1200 (Holy Stone), D50 (DEERC), A15H (SNAPTAIN), etc. Surprisingly, Tello (Ryze) wasn't specified. It seems that toy drones over 5,000 yen have been certified.


Regulations on underwater drones have not been tightened.


 Underwater drones are less regulated than flying drones. For example, there is no regulation that it can be used up to a depth of 100m. Of course, the deeper the water, the deeper the sea will be, which has nothing to do with people, so it will not bother others. Another reason why regulations are not tightened is that they are wired rather than wireless. Underwater drones can go deep into the sea. Some current underwater drones can dive to a depth of 300m. How deep will you be able to dive in the future? The pressure resistance of an underwater drone also depends on the structure of the airframe. Currently, manned submersibles using acrylic spherical capsules can dive to the deepest part of the world, 11,000 m. With this technology, you may be able to reach the deepest Mariana Trench Challenger Deep in the world. But the problem is the cable. The deeper the water, the more force the cable floats. As a result, if the underwater drone is not propulsive, it will be pulled by the cable and out of control. It may be a long time before a simple underwater drone goes to the deep sea. Currently, the underwater drone we rent can dive to a depth of 100m. However, rewinding the cable 100m is quite a task, so it is recommended that multiple people work when diving deep.
