清水港にイルカが棲みついているようです。
昨年の夏から秋ごろにかけて駿河湾からイルカの群れが迷い込んで来て、清水港内に入ってきたそうです。港内の環境がイルカに合っているのか、１年以上も棲みついています。棲みついたイルカたちは、6頭のミナミバンドウイルカというお話です。清水港内は、観光用クルーズも行われています。清水港内を１周する富士山清水みなとクルーズと日の出と三保を行き来する三保松原ミニクルーズがあります。海面を注意深く見ていると、泳ぐイルカの姿を発見できるかもしれません。観光船はベイブロムナード号という双胴船（そうどうせん）です。双胴船は二艘の船を並べた船なので、揺れにくいという特徴があります。船酔いが気になる方も大丈夫かもしれません。
富士山清水みなとクルーズは３５分と４５分のコースがあって、料金はそれぞれ1,100円と1,200円です。三保松原ミニクルーズは１１月３０日（火）まで運休でしたが、１２月から再開されるようです。１５分と２０分のコースがあって、料金はそれぞれ550円と600円です。１月１０日（月・祝）まで静岡県民割引！（しずトクキャンペーン）が行われていています。これは、静岡市が実施する静岡県民限定の割引キャンペーンで、乗り場で申請書に記入し、チケット購入時にご提出するそうです。また、申請時に身分証明書などで静岡県民の確認をするそうです。静岡県民の方は、身分証明書を忘れずに持って行きましょう。藤山清水みなとクルーズの料金が、大人は500円引き、子供は250円引きとなります。
イルカの観察は、静かに行いましょう。
イルカのニュースを聞いた時、実は水中ドローンで観察しようと思いました。しかし、東海大海洋学部の大泉宏教授のコメントを読んで、思いとどまりました。大泉教授は「野生のイルカなので船で追い掛けたりせず、そっと遠くから観察をしていただければ」と呼び掛けています。現地入りしている専門家は、「大型船が頻繁に行き交う狭い港内に群れがこれだけ長く滞在するのは、全国的にも例のない現象」と話しています。もし水中ドローンでイルカたちの近くを通った場合、イルカたちを驚かせてしまうかもしれません。水中ドローンは意外と大きな音を立てて、航行します。イルカの方から水中ドローンに興味を持って、近づいて来る可能性もありますが、やはりイルカを驚かせるリスクがあります。イルカを驚かせて、清水港から駿河湾に逃げてしまうこともあるでしょう。皆さんの楽しみを無くしてしまうことは避けたいですね。皆さんもイルカを見に行くときは、静かに観察しましょう。
