頑張れ、ウクライナ
先週、予想していたようにロシアがウクライナに侵攻しました。私を含め、多くの方が予想していた戦争事態ですが、実際に戦闘が始まってしまうと残念でなりません。ロシアの戦力はウクライナを圧倒していたようです。ロシア軍がウクライナの周囲、様々な方向から進軍し、ウクライナの首都キエフも陥落寸前の事態になりました。しかし、ウクライナ軍及びウクライナ国民が抵抗し、キエフ陥落を阻止しました。ウクライナの女性も銃の使い方を習って、防衛線に参戦しようとする様子がニュースで伝えられていました。ウクライナのウォロディミル・ゼレンスキー大統領もキエフに残って、指揮しています。ゼレンスキー大統領は、EUにウクライナ出国を促されたそうですが、ウクライナに残りました。だから、ウクライナ国民の士気も高いのでしょう。そして、ウクライナ国民の士気の高さは、ロシア軍にとっても想定外の事態であり、キエフ占領が出来なかったのだと思います。ゼレンスキー大統領はコメディアン出身で、時々その経歴を揶揄する人もいるようですが、今の状況を見てみると、立派な大統領だと思います。もちろん、このような事態になる前に交渉するべきという意見もあるかもしれません。しかし、ロシアに脅されて、EUに対する人質のような立場で存在するウクライナにはなりたくなかったのでしょう。ロシアと決別して自由民主主義の国家として自立しようというウクライナがなぜ責められるのでしょう。責められるべきは戦争という最も愚かな行為を開始したロシアのプーチン大統領です。プーチン大統領は絶対に戦争犯罪人として捕らえ、国際法廷に立たせるべきです。
ウクライナ軍は、トルコ製ドローンを使ってロシア軍を攻撃しました。
CNNの報道によると、ウクライナ軍は２７日、ドローンが装甲車を破壊する画像を公開し、ＢＵＫ地対空ミサイルのシステムに対し攻撃が実行されたと述べました。軍司令官はドローン攻撃が、キエフ北西１００キロの町の近くで行われたと語りました。ウクライナ政府は昨年からトルコからドローン「バイラクタルTB2」の調達を始めていたそうです。バイラクタルTB2は、市販されている民生ドローンとは全く違う無人航空機です。長さ: 6.5 m、翼幅: 12 m、最大離陸重量: 650 kg、ペイロード: 150 kgです。また、飛行に使用する燃料は300Lのガソリンです。農業用ドローンでもペイロードが40 kgが最大なので、バイラクタルTB2は圧倒的に多くの物を運べる機能を有しています。また、バイラクタルTB2の最大速度は時速220 km、航続時間は27 時間と民生のドローンとは比べ物にならない航行性能です。ドローンの性能を突き詰めると、結局軍に利用されることになるのでしょう。
日本人ももっと関心を持って欲しい３つの理由。
ウクライナの事態は、日本から遠く離れているので、今一つ日本人の関心が浅いようです。それでも、７０人の人がウクライナの戦闘に出向きました。「７人の侍」ならぬ「７０人の侍」ですね。私のように戦闘に無縁な人生を送っている人間には、難しいことです。弾除けにもならないでしょう。しかし、多くの人が関心を持って、積極的にSNS等で反戦メッセージを発信して欲しいと思います。その理由は３つあります。第一に、日本もロシアは最も近い隣国だからです。日本はウクライナとは異なり、海を隔てていますが、プーチン大統領が戦争を行うことに躊躇しない人間だということです。もし北方領土関連でトラブルがエスカレートした場合、ロシアは日本を攻撃するかもしれません。第二に、同じような社会形態を持つ中国の存在です。中国はロシアとウクライナと戦争を分析しているでしょう。もし中国が台湾侵攻を行った場合、国際社会はどのような対応を行うのか、その時の中国への影響を予測していることでしょう。その場合、日本はどのような方針で対応すべきでしょうか？どのように国際社会へ訴えるべきでしょうか？第三に北朝鮮問題に関心を持ってもらうためです。北朝鮮は国連安保理決議に違反して、弾道ミサイルを断続的に発射しています。日本は国際社会に訴えても、あまり関心を持たれていません。だから、日本はウクライナ情勢に積極的に関心を持てば、ヨーロッパの国々にも、北朝鮮問題に関心を持ってくれることでしょう。日本が世界に平和を訴える国でありたいと思います。

Three reasons why I want Japanese people to be more interested.

How should we appeal to the international community? Thirdly, it is to get people interested in the North Korean issue. North Korea is launching ballistic missiles intermittently in violation of UN Security Council resolutions. Japan is not very interested in appealing to the international community. Therefore, if Japan is actively interested in the situation in Ukraine, European countries will also be interested in the North Korean issue. I want Japan to be a country that appeals to the world for peace.
