海の情報サイト”海しる”は色々便利です。
“海しる”というウェブサイトをご存知でしょうか？“海しる”は、海上保安庁が提供しており、正式な名称は“海洋状況表示システム”です。「海しる（海洋状況表示システム）」は、さまざまな海洋情報を集約し、地図上で重ね合わせて表示できる情報サービスです。掲載されている情報は地形・地質、海象、気象、安全、防災、水産、海域利用・保全といった幅広い分野に渡っています。その情報は２００種類以上とされています。船舶の運航管理といった専門的な分野から漁業、防災、海洋レジャー、海洋開発など多くの分野で利用可能となっています。さらに英語バージョンも用意されており、外国の方と情報共有が可能となっています。海外からお客さんが、知らずに密漁などの不法行為を犯さないように注意することも可能です。
大変興味深い学術的な情報も掲載されています。
”海しる”には、学問的な情報も掲載されています。例えば、「生物多様性の観点から重要度の高い海域」というタブを見てみると、沖合海底域では太平洋側の伊豆・小笠原海溝や日本海側の大和堆周辺まで、情報が掲載されています。ただし、生物情報では生物名だけが掲載されているので、どのような生物なのか、自分で調べる必要があります。魚介類だけでなく、鳥類生息地も検索可能です。海や海辺に棲息する鳥に興味がある方は、数少ない情報サイトですね。以前、小笠原の父島に行った時、小笠原丸船上で海鳥を撮影している方もいました。意外と海鳥ファンは多いのかもしれません。ちなみに、当社がある真鶴岬では「クロサギ」が生息しているそうです。残念ながら、私は見たことがありません。
海釣りや潮干狩りなどを行う時、漁業権のチェックも可能です。
”海しる”では海のレジャーも検索可能となっています。例えば、潮干狩り場の検索も可能で、知らなかった潮干狩り場も見つかるかもしれません。また、水産のタブでは、漁業権が設定されている海域が検索可能です。漁業権では、漁業権が設定されている魚介類・海藻類の名称が記載されています。例えば真鶴半島では、全海岸に共同漁業権が設定されています。共同漁業権は、わかめ、ひじき、かじめ、はばのり、あまのり、てんぐさ、さざえ、あわび、とこぶし、ばい、ばていら、くぼがい、なまこ、たこ、いせえび、に設定されています。魚類は沖合の定置漁業権のみで設定されているので、真鶴海岸での釣り魚に関しては、持ち帰っても何の問題もありません。安心して釣りを楽しんでください。
